About the Show:
An improvised comedy show where actors enter an unknown room through a door and are greeted with the phrase “Thank God you’re here!”
This is an Australian improvisational comedy television show produced by Working Dog Productions. It debuted on Network Ten on April 5, 2006, and ran for its first three and five seasons before moving to the Seven Network for its fourth season
Tom Gleisner served as the show’s first judge and host, Shane Bourne. It was brought back for a fifth season, presented by Celia Pacquola, with a guest judge for each episode, following a fourteen-year break.
A fifth season has been commissioned as part of a second resurrection of the show, Network Ten announced in April 2023. The series would have special guests, a new ensemble cast, and guest judges, it was stated, along with Celia Pacquola’s announcement as presenter.
During the 2023 Channel 10 upfronts, the show received a sixth-season renewal. The Seventh Season of the show will be announced soon.
