About the Show:
The CTV Television Network debuted the Canadian reality series Farming for Love on May 28, 2023. The show, based on several Canadian farmers looking for love by meeting and getting to know several possible partners before deciding who they want to pursue a relationship with at the end of the series, is an adaptation of the global Farmer Wants a Wife franchise.
British Columbian farmers were the focus of the first season, and in subsequent seasons, casting was extended to other regions of Canada.
The original franchise’s title was changed to the series’ new one to make it available to farmers who were gay or female and who were looking for partners as well as male farmers.
