Zwane is one of the most decorated Amakhosi football players in history. He was born in Meadowlands, South Africa. He took home many notable awards, including the Nedbank Cup, MTN8, and Premier Soccer League.
Zwane started his playing career with Liverpool, a team that is owned by his uncle. He later joined the Jomo Cosmos under-10 team. He was given to Real Rovers on loan in 1992 after being promoted.[1]

Debut
In the quarterfinal of the 1993 BobSave Super Bowl vs Giyani Classic, Arthur Zwane made his professional debut. Roy Matthews was the referee. Zwane kept on playing for Cosmos after they were demoted in 1993. He and Cosmos won the NSL Second Division in 1994.
Before being loaned out to Dynamos in the National First Division, Zwane played 12 games for Orlando Pirates. Under Khabo Zondo, Zwane played for Tembisa Classic. He contributed to the team’s ninth-place finish in the 1999/2000 season with eight goals. [2]

During a tug-of-war between the Pirates and the Chiefs for Lesley Manyathela, Zwane eventually signed with the Chiefs in 2000. On July 22, 2000, he made his debut in a 1-0 victory over Wits University. Throughout “Operation Vat Alles” in 2000/01, Zwane earned three awards.
On August 8, 2004, he scored his first goal in a 2-1 victory over Manning Rangers. He was subject to a two-year suspension in 2004 after testing positive for the anabolic drug methyltestosterone. Later, the prohibition was cut to six months. On November 4, 2009, against Mpumalanga Black Aces, he played his final game. [3]
Managing career
On May 27, 2021, Zwane was appointed assistant manager of Kaizer Chiefs. He worked there for the 2020–2021 campaign. On June 9th, 2021, he was appointed as the team’s temporary manager. On May 26, 2022, he accepted a new contract to serve as the team’s manager. He now serves as Kaizer Chiefs’ manager.
