How to Login Kenya Ports Authority Career Portal
Note that you can use either your Android/IOS device, iPad, or system to carry out these steps so long you have internet connectivity.
To log into the KPA career portal:
- You first have to visit www.kpa.co.ke
- Then select Career on the menu bar
- Click either “e-recruitment user guide”, “careers portal” or “advertised vacancies” depending on what you want.
I will quickly explain these three sub-menus.
E-Recruitment User Guide
This is a pdf document that shows applicants how to go about job application on the KPA career portal, As such we greatly recommend you carefully read through it before engaging in a job application.
Career Portal
This section strictly has the job application form. You can apply for various advertised vacancies via this portal.
Advertised Vacancies
This sub-section outlines the vacant positions in Kenya Ports Authority, allowing you the option to choose anyone of your choice.
So, in proper navigation, read through the user guide first, check for vacant positions, and then submit an application via the career’s portal.
When you visit the career portal, you will first have to create an account before being assigned a username and password, To do this, take the steps below.

How to Create an Account on the Kenya Ports Authority Career Portal
- Visit www.kpa.co.ke
- Under career on the menu bar, click “careers portal”
- Click “register here”
- Provide the information needed (name, username, email, and password)
- Accept the privacy statement and click register
- Click on the confirmation link sent to your email
- After that, you can return to the KPA login page and input your email address and password to log in.
